Through the federal Housing Opportunities for People With AIDS (HOPWA) program STAP has funding available to assist eligible clients in meeting their rent, mortgage, and utility needs.
STAP also has additional grant funds that can assist eligible clients with finding appropriate housing and learning about housing-related issues and concerns.
