Individuals who inject drugs are at risk for contracting HIV/AIDS, viral hepatitis and other blood-borne infections. TCPP is a harm reduction program designed to aid and empower Injection Drug Users (IDUs) to reduce the health risks associated with injecting drugs. TCPP provides these free and anonymous services:
